To create a database from the Address list - 1. On the Master Mailing Address list, select Options / Print. 2. Choose who and what to print from the relevant tabs. 3. Select text file as output. Uncheck "With quotes". 4. Click Create and save text file - adding .csv extension to the file name. 5. This can then be opened as a database in Excel or similar or imported into Outlook etc.
