Sherry, I share Ron's disappointment at not having linked events (witnessees) as part of the Legacy 6 release. I do use the event clipboard to record these events and, in combination with Legacy's search and tag capabilities, works fairly well. The problem is that it is bulky to implement and really bulky if you need to change anything. The advantage of true linked events is that the event itself is changed once and since others are involved only by a link to the event, that's all that is required. My main use for linked events is to track where family members were at particular points in time. There are many family bibles, lists of attendees at family activities, etc in my families so I spend a lot of time in this activity. In my opinion, Legacy remains the best program and I will continue to use it but I will also continue to push for linked events.
