Hello Jennifer, I clicked on Reports, then on the Family tab to get the Family Group Record. I then clicked on the Record Selection button at the bottom of the window and checked All Marriages in the Entire Family File. I then clicked on Preview and waited for a very long time for all the records to Preview. When the Preview was finished, I then I clicked on the Create PDF button bottom right of the Preview screen. I suppose I could equally well have clicked on the Clipboard button and pasted the lot into Word if I'd wanted to. Once the records were written to PDF, I closed the Preview so I could get back to the database.
As I went through the PDF file looking for spacing errors, I corrected the errors on the database, not on the PDF file. Eventually when I had it all correct, I did the Preview again and printed from there - not from the PDF file. The printing took about 9 hours at economy quality. I put the printer on Pause for overnight and then set it going again the next morning. It printed fine until the last hour, when I had to go out and put the printer on Pause again. When I came back, the page numbers seem to start from 1 again for some reason and it went on printing for well over an hour. In the end I stopped it all together and spent a long time checking back with the Preview to make sure I had all the records. I had, but it had also printed about 50 pages from the beginning again. I've no idea why this happened - some sort of glitch in the printer. Still an extra 50 pages on economy and some old paper I'd had for many years didn't put me to a lot of extra expense. Regards Patricia Hi Patricia How did you get everyone's Family Group Records on one PDF file? Jennifer <snip> Now what I've done is send the 1900 pages of Family Group Records to a pdf document.
