This is something that has been bothering me but have not got around to
asking - so now I am - I right click on the Toolbar, see all the
selection that can be added, (and I have moved some up onto the Toolbar
proper) but nowhere can I see an Options button amongst them or on any
bottom controls (of which there aren't any!!) Incidentally what does the
(Medium) in the title of that page refer to?

Right click on the toolbar. A form opens up with all the buttons you
could add to the toolbar. The Options button at the bottom allows for
button size changes as well as adding or removing the text labels
below the icons.
