I don't know if you are likely to get a response from them. Dealing with
what to allow is a bit of a problem sometimes. Most firewall companies
have a public forum for discussing issues with other users. I would look
on their website - www.trendmicro.com. What you possibly are using is
their Security Suite. If you right click on the icon in the system tray
(where the clock is) it will give you a menu. I've only had one recent
experience with TrendMicro's Security Suite, so I don't recall the
options, but there should be one for applications with which you can
allow Legacy.
