Stuart,

This was interesting information regarding exif data, but not exactly what I
was looking for.

Here is an example of what I am trying to do. I save images of census pages
in my Source Detail. Sometimes, when I am looking at the image, I realize
that there is some more data that I would like to enter, but in order to
enter the data, if I opened the image using Legacy, then I have to close the
image before I can open the Edit Individual window in order to add an event.

If possible, I would like to have a way to view the images without having to
close them to enter data. If it can't be done using the default Legacy
picture viewer, then if we had the option to use a different image viewer so
that we could toggle between the two windows. So say we are looking at the
Source Detail and right-click on the Source Picture to open it using a
separate image viewer. Now we can close the Source, and go to the Event
entry screen - all while the other image viewer program is still open with
the image I am extracting the data from.

Anyway, it doesn't sound like it can be done currently, so maybe a request
for a future enhancement. I'll submit it.

Thanks everyone for your input.
