Take a look at TNG:

It supports switching languages on the fly with little initial setup. You
don't have to export your site in multiple languages.

Subject: [LegacyUG] Web pages in second language

Hi all,

I do not know if this subject has been discussed already but if it has,
please excuse me.

I maintain a web site for my family name (created with Legacy)and a lot of
the family members understand either English or french. Some understand
both. So my web site needs an English and a french version. To cope with
this I have an English version of Legacy on a computer and a french version
on another computer. They cannot co-exist.

This means that I have to maintain 2 databases. I don't mind the translation
of notes on both computers. But it would be much easier if I could keep just
one database and choose the output language when I create the web pages.

Has this subject ever been raised?

Thanks for your feedback.
