Thanks for that info. I've fiddled around with it and, of course,
it comes up with the option to replace when you regenerate the
index more than once. Nifty. All my little problems are gradually
being solved. :)

You can generate your contents and index as many times
as you wish during editing. Play around with it and you
will learn how the regeneration overwrites the older version.
Of course as you say, you need to do it when you've finished
editing to ensure accuracy.
