I use a Compaq EVO N600c, PIII 866MHz processor, upgraded the memory to 640
MB and it does the job perfectly.
I run Legacy 6 without any trouble, hick-ups or what so-ever.
Loek, in freezing Holland.

Thanks Steve I have an HP desk top which I love, Media XP. It has high

I want to get a laptop to do genealogy work, not able to do the work

know of you who have them and use them for genealogy primarily - what

I use a laptop, the cheapest HP model, bought a year ago, witrh 256 Mb of
Ram. It works fine with Legacy 5, and I can keep several other programs
open which i use for transcribing records etc.
