I do the same as you - Cemetery, City, County, State. While I do not
feel it's the problem many do as it adds an additional entity to the
location - i.e. four instead of three fields which can make searching
much more difficult . I prefer showing the cemetery as it makes it much
easier for those pursuing the information - many, if not most, of my
relatives simply don't have the patience to look at burial notes, events
and the like. As they say I go for the "down and dirty" - put all
information close to hand. I don't expect someone to search it out.

Subject: [LegacyUG] Adding Locations
What is the norm for adding the burial location? I have mine listed
as "Name
of Church Cemetery, City, County, State." Would leaving off the
Name of
Church Cemetery, and adding that as a burial note be better?
