I had never noticed the annotation feature!  I have been saving my "tips" in
a file with my e-mail folder for Legacy user group.  Now I can transfer them
all to the appropriate place in the help files!  Thanks for pointing this
out!

I found it; by going to Help/Contents/Edit/Annotate  but when I saved 
Ana's message as a test  I've go no idea where it went.
How do you find the tips you've kept?
