Brian, shouldn't it be three options on the date.  If year only then "in"
(in 1876).  If month and year then "in [month] of [year]" (in May of 1876).
And if all three then "on 12 May 1978"?

Thanks for reporting the known bug.

Dennis the .rtf route is okay.  I like to send .pdf files to people.  This
means I have to save to .rtf, then resave as .pdf.  Adds an extra step (and
good thing I just bought Acrobat).

To clarify the in versus on for dates. Legacy uses in for imprecise
dates like a month and year or year ie. in May 1978 or in 1876. On is
used if there is a day month and year ie. on 12 May 1978.

I also checked the incorrect wording for the marriage and there is an an
outstanding bug report on this.
