Jan (and everyone else!),

Sending the bug problems directly to Support is the best way to handle them.
That way we can make sure they get in the tracking system and monitor the
issues.  We have a new system set up that's working just smashingly!

Once again I am requesting a fix for some report problems.  I sent a message
regarding these issues direct to Dave and Jim some months ago - this time
I'm sending to the list and to Support directly.  I still think Legacy is
the best thing since sliced bread, but it is a bit disconcerting when I
repeatedly request the same fixes and they never rate a mention.  There,
I've had my grumble.  Now, to the report issues.
