Ruth,

I maintain a list of about 400 names for the local Disabled American
Veterans in Excel. I can't do any real tricky sorting, probably because I
don't know how. I have been very successful in doing merge to Word. It makes
nice labels. If I can be of any help to you doing the merge please feel free
to contact me. I am not very good with computers, kind of ok Ann put your
right hand on the mouse, now focus your eyes on the screen person. If I can
do the merge anyone can.

Ann
