You can use Excel in conjunction with WORD's mail merge function.  That's
how I do Xmas Card labels, etc.

Hi Ruth,

For the type of application you have you don't need something as powerful as

MS Access.  I would recommend using the MS Works database program.  It will 
enable you to print labels, etc. and it is simple to operate.
