I apologize for getting confused between a "governmental reporting
procedure" and a "British Organization".  But I was honestly confused about
exactly where the reference had occurred.  I did remember seeing it posted
a few weeks ago and did remember the discussion about this date format.

I was just trying to help another person who didn't know what Q dates are.
Obviously I'm not an expert in these matters.  Thus they are obscure to me.
