I took the drastic action of changing the print options for sources on
Options > Customise - Sources Tab
It would be good to be able to change the print options of details
for particular Master Sources but currently it's change all or none.
You can do this on a copy of your database from which you then run
the desired report if you've carefully checked printing options. I'd
got into a bit of a mess over the years as I'd changed my mind on
what I wanted to show, so decided to be drastic.
