Thanks, Dennis.
I'd seen on Show List the tagging options but when it said "tag everyone on
list" I thought it meant on the entire Locations list instead of on this
particular list.
It would be nice if the Advanced Tagging directions told us WHERE to find
the window. I had looked for it under View, Options. Maybe next time?
Now let's say I've tagged everyone with a location I want to change.
How do I create a list of those people?
(I could find out how to get a list of LABELS for everybody I want to tag)
but how do I create a Search List so that I can just go down the list and
click on the indivudal to get to the family view, or, preferably the Edit
Screen for that particular individual?
Also on the Locations list, I can tag a location, but I don't seem to have
the option of 1)assigning the tag #
2) displaying all the locations I've tagged, 3)getting to the Edit view of
the individuals tagged. Are any of these moves available?
Or is there a way from the Locations list to tell it to move the location
entry to the Description slot and add it to whatever information may already
be there?
Again, many thanks for all your assistance!
Pat

Am I missing something??
Yes. When you Show List for a location, you'll see the tagging options
on the bottom of that screen.
It doesn't tell me where on earth to FIND the "Advanced Tagging window" and
I still don't know where to find it!!!
