Yes, I'd stick with the nullsoft installer.  It's a nice wizard-like
interface for the user, can uninstall, etc., and it seems to be well
maintained and supported.  I didn't know what's going on with
Distutils until I read your post and did a little searching, does look
like it's up in the air at the moment.  Plus, no uninstall with
Distutils IIRC.  Besides, I always thought that was more suited for
back-end stuff, modules, etc.

I'll get started, and let you know if I have any questions...
