On my walks on the Naples beach I saw that the key problem in collaboration with Leo is the interaction of Leonine users with non-Leonine users.
That's sort of what I mentioned earlier, about using Leo on the desktop, and somehow "syncing" my Leo projects with an Android outliner like NoteLynx. (Or maybe even better, Leo for Android?)
