Ummm, I assume your research notes and detailed rationales and build scripts are up on the web for all to see? If not, then I'm afraid your argument is very weak. BTW, Jurg should be commended for his ethical practices. His paldo website has a big "Thanks" section where he clearly acknowledges LFS, DIY and some others. This is a fine example of what I've been talking about.
