The unifdef I used was download from http://www.cs.cmu.edu/~ajw/public/dist/unifdef-1.0.tar.gz

The email Greg refered to earlier mentioned http://dotat.at/prog/misc/ as a better alternative to unidef from www.cs.cmu.edu. Shouldn't that one be used instead?
