I have upgraded gcc in some of them (have not built LFS6.6). I have now:

LFS     gcc
6.5     4.5.3
6.7     4.5.3
6.8     4.5.3
7.0     4.6.2

Can give some useful info, anyway, I think, and will be glad to.

However is it relevant, after Armin's comment?
