Good to know, I did not have the RJ-45 cable plugged in, so it
probably was complaining about that!

I'm up, changing to to adapters with NO ID allows me to boot from the
SCSI drive.  I had not compiled enough SCSI pieces into my kernel.
After adding the adapter and a few other items, I was able to make it
to the bash prompt.  Putting my RJ45 got me on the net, so now I'm
building packages in BLFS.

Thanks for the hints and the details on the PXE.  To bad the LFS
mailing list cannot be google scanned so that particular tidbit would
be available on the web.
