I've never tried it, but I suspect that hacking LFS build scripts to put in the MBS package-user management system is not going to be a five-minute job. I suggest that if you're serious about wanting to include package management in your system, you start with working scripts and hack those to suit your needs. I've been working on Firerat's script and got to the point where I understand it and have changed it where necessary to suit my taste. I've included a front-end to set up the environment so it's pretty user-friendly. I would suggest you take this version and try it out. Once you've built a basic system, you can see what changes you require. We can discuss those and, if required, I can assist you with those changes.
