I will gladly cede the point that having the front page read "WE WILL SUE
YOU SUCKERS!!!" is not necessarily ideal, but IMNSHO your updated text is
erring equally far in the opposite direction.

Fact is, nowadays, if you violate our license you are more likely to face
a lawyer than a helpful person that will patiently assist in compliance
efforts for free.  Clearly, a threat is too much, but some words of
caution are appropriate.

I'll see if I can whip up a suitable replacement later today.

We are not particularly quick at resolving violations.
Also, this list is called hall of shame for a reason.  It *is* designed
to shame persons and institutions and companies that find themselves on
it.
