The patch states clearly that there had been a number of changes from
third parties, that is enough for the license in use in my opinion. No
misrepresentation is possible.

On the other hand if I wrote from scratch such patch and claimed it was
from somebody else, that would be maybe a little far from the borderline
on misrepresenting people.

I think it is not the case here, the bulk of the code is, from the best
of my knowledge from Ronald and, as Ronald pointed out on the second
iteration, Clement.

I had to make such codebase fit Libav since importing it as-is would not
work. I hope you won't claim that I should had imported first the known
non-compiling code to preserve line by line a patch for which I have no
mean even to know who did what among the two people listed.

And just that took me some time, even before starting with making it
readable and make so asan+fate would stop complaining. Anton, Diego and
Martin helped me a lot.

It took us some time.

I asked Ronald a single question on irc when I started looking at that
code, just to get a quite dry answer in the tune "I did because I did".

I decided that was less bothering for everybody read the libvpx
codebase, not having better documentation at hand. So I did not expect
him to provide any feedback on that.
