I should have checked more stuff before writing my first mail, the documentation is pretty clear on much of this (but it was a while since I last read it)... So I have not been using any GPL code from libswsscale, since my config.h has "CONFIG_GPL = 0". The AC3 *de*coder is GPL, so I disabled it from my build, I was not using it anyway. I also removed any other GPL ASM stuff (the two H264 related files) which were not already excluded, so the plugin should now be LGPL only. It looks like we will disable the MPEG and AC3 encoders, to stay out of trouble for sure. Thanks for the input!
