A "corpsicle" is in no position to change its mind.  So that is one 
human factor unlikely to kill the deal.

Look.  You've already abandoned "specific performance."  That's the 
essence of the 'forever I'm a slave' contract.  So you've abandoned that 
one too.  Now it's a "forever I'm a slave until I change my mind -- so 
sue me" contract.  And that's fine.
