I don't get this. Are you not going to allow deals where the outcome for one party is Death? No "Dozen guys on a sinking raft and the survivor gets rescued and a million bucks" reality shows? As for someone changing his mind after a deal, no, I have already pointed out that Sears and Bank Of America and the U.S. Army don't recognize "I wish I hadn't agreed to this". Unilateral Cancellation of a Contract is a great evil.
