Dream on.

I am confident that any community which prohibits murder in the first 
place will also find it prudent to void contracts which require murder 
or to allow anyone to directly benefit from murder or to create benefit 
for others -- including the murderer's heirs.  B's 'estate' and the 
amount A paid, if recoverable, will probably be assigned to compensate 
heirs of the victim.  A might be found complicit as well and assessed 
damages.

Note: I did specify murder -- an unjustified, improper use of force.
