No, negative coercion may easily be justifiable - when it is not Initiation of 
Force and is not a Threat of Initiation of Force.  As in, "IF you rape me THEN 
I will kill you."  That is a Threat all right, but it is only a Threat to do 
something that you are entitled to do - respond after the fact with 
overwhelming retaliatory Force.
