This ban slipped past me - until now. "The lifestyle guru was in Downing Street to protest against the EU-wide ban on over-the-counter vitamin and mineral supplements, which comes into force on 1 August." There was an outcry when a EU ban (if I remember correctly) on herbal supplements was attempted some years back. It seems that the restrictionists have actually managed to get this one through. I doubt there is a good reason for the ban but I have not done any research on this. It is a shame that we have to fall back upon a "lifestyle guru" to promote freedom.
