If I understood correctly what you are talking about, I don't see any way to correct this. That's totally depending on how the users will tag there musics. Some might prefer to write « Let it be » and others will prefer « Let It Be ». Some will write « Rock and Roll », others « Rock'n'Roll » as you mentioned. And there's nothing we can do to have people tag there musics all the same way... I think libre.fm should compose with it, not try to « fix it » as it's likely to be impossible.
