Thank you for the question, but I am not fully able to reply; As written in previous comments, I use tables a lot so the efficiency in their formatting is foremost to me; I never cared very much for other boundaries, as I use sections very rarely, and images etc. are not that complicated to place in the text so that I never really needed boundaries for them. I would say that, once the change features became clear to me, they make sense; the only thing, as I mentioned, is that I would maintain the icon to display/hide boundaries in the tables toolbar, so that - having the table boundaries active as default in the settings - users accustomed to use that icon to work with tables would not panic as I did when I discovered its disappearance and had no info on the complete modification logic. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
