Enabled QuickStart, suddenly LO starts faster after first start (that's expectable, not surprising) but also Tools menu and especially Customize entry now start much faster after each (!) new start of LO (that therefore seems to do the trick), also there Context Menu > Category > Macros now starts rather fast, however also suddenly one time slow Tools Menu and Customize again, without doing anything with LO and only opening empty document. Anyway, QuickStart seems for me therefore essential under Windows, needs in my opinion urgent hint at install process not to disable it.
