This solution works fine. I prefer to write title of reference, when I adding
bookmarks, because numbering is changing and later it becomes really confusing
to find right bookmark. For me it's ok to use spaces in bookmark name. Word
recognize them as references.

It doesn't work for me. Just tried with Libeoffice 5.3.2.1. All
cross-references are destroyed on save as docx. Instead of cross-reference to
"Table 1" I got "Table" without number or "Table Table". It is exactly the same
as before.

Thank you a lot for workaround! I realized that people using Word are doing
something similar when they need number before reference type (like 1 Table, it
is normal order in Latvian language), which is (or was) not possible in Word
since ancient times. It is actually one great benefit of Libreoffice.
