The way to reproduce the problem is described clearly: When you set the export option to "JPEG compression", you get the problem. (The 90% compression is set as default- I haven't changed that.) I can consistently reproduce this problem in two different PCs with totally different hardware, but both running 32-bit version of Windows 7.
