CALC - bug 169659 - keyboard shortcuts - footnote example

I made a side by side comparison of what the difference between the status quo
(left) and my suggestion (right) is:

- function name: As said, a short imperative that says in one line what it
does: What happens in the document on button press?
(This would be the main issue of this feature request and if this alone would
be changed, this feature request would be fully done)

- tooltip, label: The label was removed as it presents no additional
information that helps the user to understand what is done here (footnote -
footnote; double the text but no additional information)
- tooltip, tooltip: The tooltip is more descriptive. This would be more useful
for eg. "Special Footnote" to say what's so special about it). Here it also
kinda only doubles text without adding information.
- tooltip, command: The command was moved to the bottom as this is the least
important information for the average user.
