Right, The screen I encountered is:
Your User ID and Password were not recognized.
Your authentication settings may be incorrect or you are not currently a
member.
You are using CompuServe version 4.x or lower
If you are a member and using CompuServe version 4.x or lower, please check
your User ID and password settings in the Virtual Key authentication
software which was installed with CompuServe. Visit our Virtual Key Help
area for assistance with your settings. If you still can not access the
area, contact Customer Service at GO FEEDBACK to report the problem.

If I accept the offer at the bottom to "Preview this site for FREE! Click
here! " it takes me to a Toshiba forum area though so I guess it's the
right area but there is no request for a screen name or id, etc.
