Neil has been an electronics engineer for nearly thirty years and knew what he 
was looking for... and if one 70 had a fault in one of three power circuits, 
it was a good place to start looking.

Silly question I know - but is there anything coming out of the video socket? 
Is it just the video screen that's dead? If it is, then it's likely a fuse or 
other component of the voltage supply to the screen; the lamp driver 
inverter, perhaps?
