There is no such thing as "1.x speeds" in reality, there is Low
Speed and there is "Full Speed". USB 2.0 device also has
"Low Speed", "Full Speed" and "High Speed".

Last time I looked at it, MinGW build of usbutils would be a
bit too difficult for me and I gave up. But Cygwin and
Mac OS X build are not that difficult.
