Right now there are still a few issues open for 1.0.15 release. I think none
of them are really critical, perhaps with the exception of #97 (64bit issue
for Mac OS X).

For example, I myself do not think #83 and #98 are that important.

The other three Darwin fixes are from Nathan's libusb-darwin.git. They
are nice to have but can be delayed. I am not so sure when Nathan
can get libusb 1.0.16 released but it does not seem to be anytime
soon given the track record of Peter Stuge.

BTW, Nathan's idea to use 1.0.16 is to avoid conflict with libusbx
release number (1.0.10-1.0.15). So it is not really for numbering
game.

So I think it is good not to further delay 1.0.15 release and let's
fix the release date as stated in the milestone which is on
25-March-2012. For the issues, if they can be fixed within that
date, it is good. If not, we can push them to next release.

Is this okay?
