I do not see that libusb's 1.0.16 release will happen any time soon.
But the capability thingy is good to have anyway.

Okay, no problem. I just do not see libusb 1.0.16 release
any time soon. But who knows? Maybe Peter will give
me a surprise, not by releasing 1.0.16 himself though
(that will take a long time), but rather by giving Nathan
authority to release 1.0.16, but I am not that optimistic
that will happen...
