It looks like Rietveld doesn't hold the binary data, AFAICS. I could put a
section of the resulting PDF somewhere on my site for people to see, and if
there are comments they could go on Rietveld? I could also upload the
patch for someone else to check the build - James perhaps manually? If
that's OK, then we could manually set the Patch status to Review?
