Thanks - Julien and I had worked that out. It passes make doc on my
machine, although I'm always a bit concerned that this can be a possible
artifact of files that are on my hard drive but not in git. I did add them
all, but I still get concerned. If anyone can add this patch to a fresh
master and run a clean make doc, I'd appreciate it.
