Phil, you can download my branch at
https://github.com/jrioux/git-cl/archive/rietveld.zip (or just make the
changes in your local copy of git-cl/upload.py, the relevant changes are
just two lines; the changes "http" -> "https" are only necessary if you
want to test "git cl patch").
