Nice idea! However, the enlargement factor is too small IMHO. For a
multi-measure rest of 240 bars, I would use *far* more space compared to
the 24-measures rest. Is it possible to adjust that?
Note that it is quite unlikely to ever encounter a 240-measures rest: Even
in old scores the distance between sparely set rehearsal letters is not
that large. So please show us smaller values below 100.
