'Need:info' would be much broader. If someone opens an issue in the
tracker (not following our recommendation to write to bug-lilypond
first) and doesn't give a recipe to reproduce the problem, I would set
this tag so that we know that the MR is incomplete and probably needs
a 'ping'. Issue #6905 falls into this category.
I don't object to Needs:info, but what about Needs:other to avoid
overlap with the rest of the Needs group?
