I second the recommendation for Wise. You can put money in your account in multiple currencies, and convert between them when you want (e.g. when the rate is favorable), and the fees are quite low. They have even started paying interest on the balance, in some currencies at least. They associate with a particular bank for each currency, so for example you can to an IBAN transfer if you have a balance in Euros.
